The G.R.O.W. Leadership Series is a 3-part virtual training for purpose-driven leaders who want to close the gap between their mission and their daily leadership behavior.

Because vague intentions produce limited harvests.

Most leadership problems aren’t about motivation — they’re about alignment. Your core values are your source code. Your mental models are the interface. Your day-to-day behavior is the application your team lives with every day. When those layers fall out of sync, even well-meaning leaders can drive burnout and erode the psychological safety they meant to build.

The G.R.O.W. Leadership Series is a highly interactive, 3-part virtual training designed by Gabrielle Stewart at the Change Makers Leadership Institute (CMLI), implemented weekly on Friday mornings from 9 - 10:30 a.m. Using CMLI’s G.R.O.W. framework, you’ll learn to cultivate self-awareness, foster trauma-wise “felt safety” on your team, and systematically improve performance through micro-reflection — the small, consistent habits that compound into real leadership growth. All participants receive a workbook and access to a 30-minute follow-up coaching session.

This is a virtual training series on Zoom. Participants will receive a meeting invite with Zoom login credentials within 24 hours of submitting registration.
