As a Master of Social Work and certified practitioner of Trust-Based Relational Intervention, I offer over two decades of leadership in the non-profit sector. My work is grounded in systems theory, racial equity, and collective impact, with a focus on fostering inclusive decision-making processes. I partner with organizations to elevate stakeholder voices, strengthen internal culture, and improve life outcomes for children impacted by trauma, contributing to the long-term goal of disrupting generational poverty.

Hi, I’m Gabrielle Stewart, MSW.

My Approach

My passion is building the capacity of community leaders to create change. Most often, these leaders have included non-profit and social service Executive Directors and staff, coalition coordinators, backbone organizations, and governing bodies. My collective impact experience includes work with:

  • Georgia Family Connection Partnership as a Regional Manager, providing teaching and technical assistance to collaboratives across the state, with a focus on the Collaboratives in northwest Georgia.

  • Building a Region of Resilience NWGA as a Project Manager and consultant supporting the formation of the coalition and continuous strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation.

  • Community Evaluation Solutions as a consultant providing strategic planning and evaluation technical assistance to Resilient Middle Georgia and Resilient Communities of Southwest Georgia.

My experience is complemented by formal training from the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development, the Georgia Center for Nonprofits, United Way Worldwide, board service, and volunteerism. You can find out more about my experience on my LinkedIn profile
